Account Manager – Delivery Accounts

In this job, you’ll be managing all our valuable delivery accounts across our Codit countries. In this international role, you will actively engage with our clients to guarantee a smooth collaboration and follow-up of the running business.

Your responsibilities encompass three domains:

Daily Contract Follow-Up and Administration. You will:

• Take ownership of all the assigned accounts.
• Keep detailed records of contract status, renewal dates, and any modifications made.
• Execute the daily administrative tasks associated with contracts, such as invoicing, billing and documentation, to ensure smooth delivery and payment processes.
• Swiftly respond to customer requests together with the (local) Codit team.

Assisting the Sales Team with RFP Responses. You will:

• Work closely with your colleagues as an integral part of the sales team, in order to understand the specific requirements of requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients.
• Assist in gathering and providing relevant company materials, case studies, and reference documents that can be included in RFP responses.
• Ensure that RFP inputs are submitted in a timely manner.

CRM Data Accuracy. You will:

• Keep the CRM up-to-date for all your accounts.
• Verify and actively follow-up with all sales team members to ensure they are consistently inputting data into the CRM.
• Use the CRM data to generate reports and insights that can inform account management strategies and decision-making.

To excel in this role, you should embody:

• You have strong administration skills with an eye for detail.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You love to work with clients
• You are able to work independently and show initiative.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• You are based in Belgium or The Netherlands.
