We recruit an Account Manager Operating Room Solutions in Belgium in permanent contract to join a dynamical team in great development!
Place to cover: South of Belgium
Your Responsbilities Will Be
- Implement the identified strategy in the territory by taking appropriate commercial actions, identifying and developing new business opportunities with the goal of reaching and exceeding sales and profit targets.
- To maximise acute care sales growth and profitability through achieving targets within the specified territory.
- Manage the total MHC ORS assortment in order to develop long term sustainable profitable business.
- Develop and present commercial offers when securing new business or defending existing business in your region
- Ensure, through a Global Sales Process correct implementation, an adequate number of sales projects, maximizing initiatives that will be positively and timely closed and achieving the assign targets.
- Minimum of 3 years within a sales environment.
- Relevant healthcare experience preferably within a Surgical or medical device environment
- Proven track record in account management and territory sales is desirable, selling to procurement level customers is essential
- Recent local market and customer knowledge is an advantage
- Good understanding of the challenges within the Health Care environment
- Proven history of working in complex selling environments
- Preferable holder of a degree in life sciences, business management or equivalent proven experience in healthcare environment (Education: Higher education or University level. Commercial or Paramedic education degree)
- Highly self-motivated
- Team player
- Comprehensive presentation and training skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
- Country function: Fluent French speaking (Belgium), good English communication skills (written and verbal)
