We put patient-centricity at the heart of everything we do and seek for "freedom of disease" for patients suffering from psoriasis & psoriasis arthritis (current products Tremfya & Stelara).
In Belgium, we are looking for an Account & Sales Manager to lead the derm/rheum customer facing team based on strong people management, networking and analytical skills. The Account and Sales Manager (ASM) will be
- Leading & coaching an experienced sales team (Flanders and Wallonia) to deliver upon pre-defined national & regional business plan targets;
- Orchestrating an efficient multichannel customer approach in line with the national strategy & cross-functional account plans while at the same time building up own relationships with key customers in support of his/her sales team;
- Successfully executing the marketing & sales plan in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the implementation of customer-specific, innovative and valuable initiatives & projects;
- Researching and evaluating market insights, performance results & regional customer needs in a pro-active, structured and continuous manner;
- Actively participating in cross-functional meetings with marketing, medical, sales and business intelligence colleagues;
- Actively contributing to the development of strategies, tactics & forecasting with relevant market insights, analysis & innovative ideas and approaches.
In this role you will be reporting o the Business Unit Manager (BUM).
