Then a job as Accounting Receivable Administrator for the Benelux region might be the right challenge for you.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Ensure a smooth and efficient credit collecting process by monitoring payment delays and other irregularities and take appropriate actions while keeping all relevant stakeholders informed.
Adequate Customer Account Administration including but not limited to:
- new customer creation
- SEPA Mandate administration and follow up
- follow up on general customer mailbox to solve any customer queries
- clean customer accounts (applications / correction postings)
- customer platforms follow up (invoice input)
- Provide detailed bi-weekly customer aging reports to management enabling them to take appropriate actions
- Support Contract Management for manual invoicing and other tasks depending on proven skills
Your Skill Set
- You have a first professional experience in AR (2-4 years)
- You are familiar with basic accounting principles (Bachelor Degree Accounting is a plus)
- IT minded, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel is recommended
- Organised, process-minded, analytical and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset
- Team player
- Excellent communications skills in Dutch. Good French (and English) knowledge is recommended
