Function Description:
The AI Coach will focus on the delivery of analytics use cases, driving their life cycle:
Identify and Prioritize Use Cases
Assess the current HR processes and practices to spot opportunities for automation
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to capture ideas and assess feasibility/impact of AI solutions.
Support the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots.
Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and BNP Paribas Fortis AI governance framework.
Support Adoption and Change
Accompany HR staff in the day-to-day use of already existing AI solutions (e.g. Copilot), ensuring effective adoption and productivity gains. ( ex: Create a reference library of prompts for HR,...)
Act as the bridge between HR teams and central AI departments.
Share best practices and success stories to foster a culture of innovation.
Evangelize and Educate
Raise awareness of AI opportunities within HR (recruitment, talent management, learning & development, workforce planning, employee experience, administrative process (Information research, control, reformulation of responses for the client,...)).
Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on sessions to HR teams on the use of AI-powered tools.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field — could be Business, Human Resources, Data Science, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or similar by experience.
(candidates with other academic backgrounds with knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply).
Required experience / knowledge
You have at least 6 years of relevant experience
Technical experience:
Mandatory
Strong culture in AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their applications in HR.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to HR professionals.
Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.

Business experience:
Mandatory
Experience in leading transformation initiatives, ideally in digital or AI adoption.
Strong facilitation and training skills (workshops, coaching sessions, presentations).
Ability to inspire, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferable
Solid understanding of HR processes and challenges (recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, employee relations).
Awareness of AI opportunities within HR processes
Awareness of HR analytics, people data, and workforce planning.
