We are currently looking for an AP Accountant for one of our client active in the architectural industry and located in Brussels.

Innovative and fast-growing, our client is actively looking for a motivated and dynamic AP Accountant to reinforce its financial team. Working with your client means becoming an autonomous expert in your accounting domain. You will have the chance to be trained on the field and to become completely hands-on in any AP Accounting processes over time.

Function :

You will be responsible for :

  • Booking
  • Purchasing process
  • Suppliers’ invoicing
  • Payments preparation and monitoring
  • Inquiries and correspondence with suppliers

Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English and/or Dutch
  • Your communication skills and dynamism allows you to work in team very easily
  • Your proactiveness and organization are your biggest assets
