Blockchain data is purported to be public, but deep, granular, and historical blockchain data is still almost impossible to access.

Covalent is on a mission to bring true data visibility and transparency that is inherently lacking with blockchain technologies. Our industry-leading product serves a diverse set of customers across the crypto industry.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others with that extra bit of care and problem solving magic! You will need to have high levels of empathy and unwavering patience as you answer API support queries, primarily over Discord. This includes helping our developers integrate our API, troubleshoot API request/response issues, and much more.

As a member of our team, you will directly support our communities and developers, listen to their feedback, and share these insights with internal teams to help make the Covalent API experience the best that it can be. If you’re looking for a supportive support team, join us!

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify emerging issues, and communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and improve our API experience.

• Build and maintain effective internal relationships to help identify, report, and resolve issues quickly

• Provide daily API technical support to users and developers as needed, primarily over Discord.

• Handle and resolve team escalations

• Translate technical speak and troubleshooting steps in a clear and concise manner that even my grandmother would understand

• Manage technical documentation for both internal and external knowledge base resources

Experience and Education

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent work experience

Nice-to-haves

• Established connections within the crypto community

• Master of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent work experience

• Ideally in European time zone.
