Job Description
We are looking for an Application Manager with strong knowledge of automation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The role requires prioritizing both internal and external customer needs and translating them into effective solutions. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing the ERP package Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and reporting to the IT Manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- ERP Environment Management:
- Administer and oversee Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Documentation:
- Document ICT activities comprehensively.
- User Support:
- Provide support for application-related issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify, design, and enhance processes across Engineering, Logistics, Production, Finance, and Customer Service departments.
- Functional Analysis:
- Draft and refine functional analyses for application changes.
- Update Supervision:
- Monitor and manage updates related to the ERP/WMS environment.
- User Acceptance Testing:
- Perform and oversee UAT in collaboration with key users and business process owners.
- Application Monitoring:
- Ensure availability and optimal performance of applications.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Previous experience as an Application Manager in a production/logistics environment.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Office 365.
- Experience with databases.
- Problem-Solving and Flexibility:
- Solution-oriented mindset with adaptability to dynamic challenges.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
