At our Lummen site, SABCA Limburg, we are specialized in the manufacturing of high-tech composite assemblies for aircraft. On the one hand, we produce integrated

skins for flaps and stabilizers using two automatic tape-layers and very large autoclaves and of course, our colleagues’ extended know-how. In cooperation with the

Engineering office in Brussels, SABCA Limburg is also responsible for the flap track fairings of several aircraft.

On the other hand, the Space industry is also present in this plant with the final system integration of Ariane and Vega assemblies.

During an extensive training program within the company, you will learn the entire process. After the training, your tasks will include:

  • Assembling parts according to the plan
  • Operating machines and equipment according to work instructions
  • Drilling, reaming, fastening, gluing, pressing, and sealing with precision
  • Performing interim inspections
  • Recording and validating all process steps
  • Adhering strictly to procedures and regulations with a focus on quality
  • Participating and taking responsibility at your level regarding ISO 14001

  • You have completed technical training or have some initial experience in a technical role
  • You enjoy performing fine motor tasks
  • You like to work precisely and with focus
  • You are stress-resistant and maintain an overview
