Job Description

You have both an executive and managerial role and you coordinate the work of the reception desk which you also carry out yourself. Together with the team you ensure a flawless service for our guests, you take care of the daily administration, checks, payments, handling complaints, invoicing, drawing up procedures and all kinds of administration. In addition, you provide support in terms of hotel strategy, contracting, daily analyses, vision for the future and practical implementation. You take care of planning, recruitment, training, coaching, adjusting and assessing the team. You will work in a flexible schedule and in a dynamic and enthusiastic team.

You contribute in achieving the department’s quantitative and qualitative targets, you motivate and train staff to the highest standards of guest care, welcoming and quality service.
