The Automated and Self Service Manager should be a proactive leader, capable of leading virtual teams, balancing global and regional demand and setting priorities. They will be joining a vibrant, fast paced and upbeat team where they will benefit from experience and opportunity. EMEA based travel is required, and provides a great opportunity to extend partnerships! This individual will lead the Automation & Self-Services activities cross sector for EMEA, providing outstanding, experienced support and mentorship related to eCommerce initiatives as well as in deploying the Global Customer Experience (CX) strategy partnering with the Global Pillar Leads. In this role, they will take ownership for reviewing the business demand with the Digital Orchestrators, JJT & RDEX Digital LT, once prioritized and funded they will project lead deployments with the relevant specialists. They will be responsible for Digital CX, driving increased order automation, capability adoption, compliance to legal & fiscal requirements and continuous improvement to achieve the regional targets. The Automation & Self Service manager must network & collaborate effectively with EDI Supplier partners, leading the EMEA regional requirements from JNJ and the eCapability strategy for penetration within the region. They are accountable for: Strategic partner management, identifying pathways and channels to facilitate access to key decision makers and customers for our innovative project portfolio Maintaining and supporting partnerships with JNJ IT groups Local customer services representatives Proactive management of eCapabilities and all compliance / legislative / government / hospital / department of health requirements. Responsible and accountable for delivering timely, on-budget initiatives with the ability to manage opposing priorities and cross geographical teams in a highly matrix organization. Responsible for detailed execution and project delivery in line with recognised Project Management methodologies. Qualifications We would like to hear from you if you have: 5 -8 years of experience in supply chain related subject areas (experience in Customer Service and eCapability functions strongly preferred) EDI and e-commerce knowledge, including supplier relations Excellent connections with local governments and legislative bodies Data analysis & statistical skills 6+ years commercial experience Sets high personal standards of performance Drives for results and success and delivers end results Well organized and used to work in virtual teams Great teammate able to work with global teams and cultures Reliable, Dependable and Resilience Self-starter (autonomy) Primary Location Belgium-Brussels-Capital Region-Diegem- Other Locations Europe/Middle East/Africa Organization Johnson & Johnson Medical Ltd. - fka -Ethicon Ltd.
