You have plenty of technical experience and you know how to provide coaching to people in their missions and you love to provide career advise? Ready to take on some more responsibility? In this role, we offer you a mix between an hands-on technical work combined with community building and people management.. You will take a key position in the growth of our Azure Cloud Practice.

As an Azure Practice Manager your goal is to build a safe harbor for our growing Azure Cloud team. You will be involved in the recruiting, building career tracks, annual evaluations, standardization, knowledge sharing sessions, tech community building, etc. Based on your own expertise in Azure you know how to guide your team throughout their Devoteam careers. You will collaborate with partners, peers, sales, and technical teams in Belgium and abroad to bring Devoteam Azure solutions and services offerings to our customers.

To inspire and be inspired by other experts is what sets a Devoteamer apart. In our various communities, we enable national and international collaboration and exchange with other tech leaders and specialists.
You will have a strong impact thanks to our premium partnership with Microsoft and work with Belgium’s largest and well known organizations.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 
  [Must-have] You have demonstrable experience in Azure core principles of cloud architectures and cloud-native applications.
  
• 
  [Must-have] You have in-depth technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Networking, Security, or Analytics.
  
• 
  [Must-have] You’re known with at least a few of the following concepts: cloud-native, DevOps, resiliency, data & analytics, privacy & compliance, infrastructure optimization, or automation.
  
• 
  [Must-have] Proven experience with ARM, Bicep, IaC, scripting
  
• 
  [Must-have] You can explain containerization and orchestration services like K8S, AKS, ACR, Docker, etc.
  
• 
  [Must-have] You’re ready to drive change and bring creative tech ideas to life.
  
• 
  [Nice-to-have] You’re either proficient in Dutch or French (or you want to learn) and fluent in English.
  
• 
  [Bonus-points] Azure certified (or willing to obtain). Certifications in scope: AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-700, SC-300.
  
• 
  [Bonus-points] You have a broad view on the entire Microsoft cloud portfolio including M365 and/or Dynamics.
