Job Duties And Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize production workflows
  • Develop and maintain strategies to enhance manufacturing operations
  • Ensure tracebility of products throughout the manufaturing processing advanced IT solutions
  • Oversee warehouse management systems to imrpove inventory control and logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with manufacturing processes
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on IT systems and tools

Job Purpose

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engnieering, Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations and IT systems
  • Strong knowledge of MES, digitalization, tracebility and warehouse management
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems and data analytics
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in SQL databases
