Role description:

We are looking for a business analyst working in close collaboration with the initiative leader and product owners with the following main tasks:

In charge of the preparation of meetings/workshops with all impacted business lines (local Cash Management entities, group functions, operations, etc.) : agenda, minutes

Ability to translate the business needs into clear functional requirements for IT and OPS teams

Coordinate activities around gap analysis, testing, defects with CIB ITO, Fortis Squad and the Tribe international payments

Required experience / knowledge

At least 3 years of relevant experience

Technical experience:

Mandatory

Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods

Good expertise in MS Office

Good understanding of IS and testing

Preferable

Knowledge of agile methodology

Business experience:

Mandatory

Good understanding of workflow processes

Preferable

Good understanding of international payments processing

Soft skills
