This job opportunity is for a Senior Business Analyst at our client, a company currently implementing a digital transformation program. The program includes a review of the company’s enterprise architecture and a replacement/update of its IT tools. The Senior Business Analyst will primarily focus on the secondary processes of the company, such as finance, HR, procurement, and QHS.

The main responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst include:

- Creating an integrated and coherent structure of processes and information flow to manage and support the company’s management processes.

- Supervising the work of other business analysts.

- Conducting business analysis to define detailed requirements and designs for processes and information.

- Ensuring that the system meets non-functional requirements and is efficient, scalable, secure, and flexible.

- Performing fit/gap analysis of business requirements between different IT options.

- Liaising and aligning with stakeholders from the business units and IT at expert and management levels.

- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon for better understanding by the team. - Facilitating the upgrading of higher-level processes architecture.

- Assisting the company in data migration and data cleaning.

- Providing support for the implementation of data governance.

- Estimating costs and identifying potential savings.

- Ensuring that the implementation during the project phase aligns with validated solutions and initial requirements.

The Senior Business Analyst should have a master’s degree in computer science or a relevant field, along with at least 10 years of experience in a business analyst position. They should have broad experience in areas such as planning, governance & compliance, finance, procurement, sales, project management, and HR. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and perform tasks without systematic guidance is also important.

The job is a full-time position, and the workplace is indicated as South Express in Brussels.

The required language skills are Dutch, French, and English.
