Are you someone who excels at bridging the gap between business needs, technical teams, and domain experts? We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team!

Your Role:

As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to building an innovative payroll engine. Working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and development teams, you’ll also engage with external stakeholders, such as social secretariats, to ensure we deliver solutions that meet their needs.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong ability to analyze and communicate effectively

✔️ Experience: 2–3 years in a Business Analyst or similar role

✔️ Requirements Expertise: Skilled in writing clear, actionable requirements and collaborating

with development teams

✔️ Domain Knowledge: Experience with payroll or HR software is a must
