Business Analyst

Purpose

As a member of the Finance organization, you are responsible for analyzing the overall business performances of the participations. You perform the required performance analysis and reporting to ensure overall performances are optimized on the short, medium and long term. The analysis of the performances is covering both financial and ESG performances.

Main responsibilities

You report to the CFO and to the CEO, your main areas of responsibilities and related (but non-exhaustive) activities are described below:

- Support to develop, consolidate and standardize monthly, quarterly and yearly performance (Financial + ESG) reporting for the participations;

- Provide support for the yearly budgeting process and strategic planning for the Group;

- Maintain and Develop back office reporting;

- Provide support to analyze investment opportunities;

- Provide support for the yearly Annual Report;

- Provide ad-hoc financial support for business optimization projects.

Requirements:

Master degree in Economics/Business administration/Accounting

3 to 5 years-experience in audit, finance or business consulting environment

Strong analytical skills

Ability to influence people

Problem solving

Initiative

ERP knowledge is a plus

Abilities in Excel modelling

Good communication and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail

Sound general business awareness

Language: Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
