Description

  • You will manage projects and motivate project team members, sponsors and other stakeholders to ensure that results are achieved with high quality, on time and within budget;
  • Planning, execution and delivery of strategic (data related) projects to achieve objectives in an efficient manner, both for brokers and internal departments;
  • You will make a significant contribution to the innovation and optimization of processes and products based on both consultative and executive analysis, thereby driving continuous improvement;
  • In collaboration with other departments - such as sales, policy administration, marketing and claims - develop business cases and appropriate solutions to identify and implement opportunities;
  • Proactively prepares and manages project plans, budgets, risk and problem logs, change logs and reports;
  • You will manage and support projects that are part of the Benelux and European change management initiatives;
  • You create decision models and business cases for strategic changes;
  • You create management reports and advanced analytics.

Your profile

  • A completed university degree in economics, business administration or similar;
  • 1 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus;
  • Affinity with data driven projects;
  • Experience in business consulting, project management, process analysis and/or change management;
  • Ability to understand processes from a customer perspective;
  • Analytically strong and high affinity for numbers (advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required);
  • Experience with creating data analyses;
  • Possesses a good balance between expertise and common sense;
  • Able to make clear problem analyses and determine follow-up actions;
  • Strong in prioritizing and distinguishing between main and secondary issues;
  • Outstanding team player;
  • Representative and able to hold a good conversation with empathy;
  • Excellent French, Dutch and English language skills both verbally and in writing.
