Job description

Pauwels Consulting is searching for a C++ developer (payroll or freelance) to join it’s growing development team.

Our client’s enthusiastic and agile project team is currently in search of a motivated C++ developer to contribute to their QA and asset management platform.

Responsibilities of the C++ developer:

  • Development of user-facing elements (Qt) and client (Desktop) side business logic
  • Writing reusable, testable, efficient and maintainable code and writing the tests for your code
  • Contribute to our user-facing desktop application which controls and audits their healthcare displays
  • Analysis and refinement together with the team and the product owner
  • Work in an international environment and team setting
  • Provide detailed and constructive design and code reviews

    Have you got what it takes?


    Profile of the C++ developer:

    • You have hands on object-oriented C++ development skills
    • You have experience with application development for desktops (mainly Windows OS).
    • You posses a skillset which spans the full development cycle from analysis, design, implementation and verification
    • You speak fluent English
    • You have experience and understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
    • You understand the nature of asynchronous programming to integrate with devices (displays, sensors, ...)
