Omschrijving:

The Capacity Building and Event Officer is in charge of the smooth organization of internal event and trainings. A great opportunity to land in a large organization and develop your skills as a Capacity Building and Event Officer in Brussels area.

Tasks: you will:

  • Coordinate planning of Agile coaches
  • Promote trainings through various channels
  • Coordinate registrations, invitations and reminders
  • Be in charge of the training logistics (classrooms, catering, registration,…)
  • Report on attendance and evaluation
  • Organize virtual event building a list of topics and align with presentations
  • Collaborate with the communication and effectively organize the logistic of the event
  • Coordinate and report with other coaches for the correct follow up with customer
  • Ensure quality delivery with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Administratively organize meeting as well as preparing the slides for presentations
  • Together with Communications team, organize promotion and engagement for the event across Europe and globally
Profiel
  • You are proficient in English
  • You have a previous experience in communication, events or learning & development
  • You have great communication and presentation skills
  • You love engaging with all your colleagues and are able to gather them to your events
  • You have a friendly and sociable mindset
  • Being familiar with Agile is a plus
