We are looking to expand our dynamic team with a:

Category Manager Healthy & Fresh

with a diverse background and strong marketing expertise, willing to drive growth and profitability of KitchenAid Small Domestic Appliances EMEA.

At KitchenAid, we exist to create possibilities in the kitchen, serving our passionate maker consumers to go beyond their cooking skill-set. As Category Marketing Manager, the person will be responsible for developing the overall strategy for the category in EMEA working closely with other departments to implement the strategy (sales/ brand/digital/planning/finance,...). Work & Support the Global Team in order to bring relevant innovation and work with the regional team to bring new product options in the category to drive sales and achieve targets.

The ideal candidate is someone strongly passionate about Consumers and interested in our Brand & Products. He/she is dynamic, positive, open-minded and able to work in an always dynamic and evolving environment, turning his/her strategic & creative thinking into concrete actions & facts.

Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing the overall category strategy
  • Analyzing EMEA market trends and competition to identify gaps and opportunities for new products
  • Close cooperation with the global team on getting the right products for our region (design, features, etc.)
  • Cross-functional cooperation with all the departments to bring product launches to life & support existing ones (sales, local marketeers, brand, digital, planning, finance, etc.)
  • Cross-functional action team leader
Skills And Competencies
  • Fluent in English. Any other EU language would be a plus.
  • Economics & Marketing academic background and qualifications.
  • 4-8 years job experience in marketing positions.
  • Proven success in launching new products in EMEA.
  • Good knowledge in Powerpoint, Excel and Google applications (Gmail, Gdrive, google sheets etc.).
  • Expert in crafting marketing mix, communication and omnichannel media strategy.
  • Good knowledge of consumer market insights.
  • Knowledge of the Small Domestic Appliances market would be a plus.
  • Positive, creative and open-minded attitude.
  • Ability to actively lead & drive teamwork.
  • Self-organised and able to work under pressure with deadlines.
  • Results-driven.
  • Strong communication skills.
