Can you picture yourself managing trials on a higher level within one of the world’s most recognised Pharmaceutical companies? This is a rare opportunity to oversee Senior Clinical Project Managers to manage global clinical trials in one of the most successful pharma companies.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate cross-program risks and problems.
Identify potential issues with cross-departmental processes and organizational structures and communicate this to line management to remove these obstacles.
Work closely with external partners to achieve clinical objectives and to ensure the advancement of the program.
Communicate with both internal and external partners to ensure that senior project managers and the rest of the team are kept up to date on emerging new practices, tools for project management and leadership strategies.

Qualifications :
A scientific background (ideally M.Sc level or higher) or equivalent by experience.
Experience with leading cross-functional, global teams is essential.
Program management experience is highly preferred.
