AIXIAL is an International Contract Research Organization (CRO), a member of the ALTEN Group, providing complex services in clinical trials (phase I-IV) and non-interventional studies. Our offices are located in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Germany and Czech Republic.

We are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant to provide operational support and project support to local clinical trials management team (3-4 studies).

The activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Set-up and management of study specific webportal which includes tasks such as memberships, user’s issues, distribution list, tracking and distribution of study documentation to appropriate internal and external study team members.
  • Preparation and finalization of informational documents, listings, presentations or guidelines for the clinical trial.
  • Support to the Clinical Trial Management team by performing ongoing filing, maintenance and quality control of study documentation for further archiving.
  • Preparation, update and distribution of key trial information on the study progress and study materials/investigational products, carrying out quality control on study reports/documents (e.g. trial status, recruitment curves, newsletters, study who’s who…) using appropriate tools or templates.
  • Carrying out various study activities during the clinical trial: budget tracking, study status report, participation to study meetings.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree (e.g. medical assistant, or paramedical education) or Master degree in Health Science.
  • Advanced computer skills: e.g. professional using of MS Office programs for daily business
  • Advanced level in English and Dutch, French is a ++
  • At least 4 years experience in clinical trials
  • Understanding of the ICH/GCP (international good clinical practice guidelines and harmonization) and local clinical trial regulations
