What if you could work on cutting-edge technology, using your CNC skills to program and operate a vertical lathe?

Equans in Zwijndrecht in looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator Vertical Lathe.

In this job you are responsible for operating, programming and setting up the CNC lathe.

This means:

  • working with technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts
  • checking the quality of the products and making corrections
  • proactively think about process improvements and work together with colleagues to ensure efficiency and quality

What do you need?

  • you have experience as a CNC turner on large machines (vertical lathe)
  • you have experience with clamping and aligning large workpieces
  • extensive knowledge of CNC programming and operation
  • knowledge of Fanuc control is a plus
  • skill in setting up and adjusting CNC machines
  • reading technical drawings
  • accuracy and attention to detail in producing parts
  • independence and problem-solving ability
  • you are flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system
  • you are very fluent in Dutch
