What’s the challenge?

This position is 60% operational/hands-on & 40% strategic

Coordination of all activities/actions in het field of reward management – on international level ;
Focus on :
- Workforce planning, budgeting in exchange with Finance ;
- Salary mandates (budget, increases, working on proposals for renumerations committee, benchmarks,…) ;
- Car Fleet (how to standardize, are they competitive,…) ;
- Rental Car Policiy (together with Facility Officer ;
- Salary Surveys (benchmarks, analysis, recommendations) ;
- Contribution to due diligence for employee data (with HRIS Manager).

Who are you?

You have experience in an international context ;
You have project management skills ;
You have presentation skills (oral and written ; presentations will be used for Board of Directors).

You are mature ;
You are challenging (trying to find best solutions, not always settle for the first proposal) ;
You are hands on /no nonsense ;
You are someone in favour of co-creation (do things together with people) ;
You are flexible in adapting.
