Make It Uniquely Yours.You develop and implement the operational excellence program based on Total Productive Maintenance, 6 Sigma and High Performance Working Systems within the site and ensure cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects as well as Pillars are developed and implemented. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help the organization & employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency.How you will contribute :

• As member of the Plant leadership team you will support and contribute in developing and delivering of the mission/vision & overall strategic plan
• You will be accountable for the development and execution of a strategic IL6S plan its program & projects, their quality and related processes, and the implementation and results thereof.
• Ensure they are completed under Mondelēz standards for business and IL6S processes and execution.
• Act as the source of internal and external information (contact for IL6S stakeholders and is the key interface between Global Pillar leads and local pillar leads).
• Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targets
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment; working knowledge of commercialization process (I2M and IIM); project leadership / management skills and technical and financial aspects of the business
• Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements
• Once improvements are done, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes
• Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners
• Lead the IL6S program for the site and ensures maintenance of the capabilities and improvement as new end-to-end capabilities are defined;
• Leads the FI pillar and owns the site wide Loss analysis and Loss elimination program;
• Works with the lines IL6S Specialists, IL6S Process Engineers and Pillar leaders to build capability and drive loss elimination;
• Is responsible for site’s progress on IL6S phases and provides coaching to the sister sites IL6S team. IL6S Specialist Role(s)

• Masters in engineering or equivalent education
• Experience implementing CI processes: TPM-Total productive maintenance, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry from step 1 to 5 across 11 pillars, 5s, Safety & GMP standards across different sites >10 years
• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in > 5 years
• Project management & program implementation experience
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in change management processes
• Logical thinking and capacity to influence
• Results oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity
• Leading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
• Strategic thinking, while having ability to excel in leading tactical programs
• Highly action oriented, drive for results, innovative, challenging actual set-ups, entrepreneurial ability
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
• Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization

Meer over deze rol:Als Continuous Improvement Manager maak je deel uit van het directieteam van de plant (1200 medewerkers). In het algemeen draag je bij aan het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de missie, visie en het algemeen strategisch plan. In het bijzonder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van het Corporate Continuous Improvement programma, samen met je team van 8 Continuous Improvement Leads. Je ontwikkelt en je implementeert dit operational excellence programma gebaseerd op Total Productive Maintenance, Six Sigma en High Performance Working Systems op de site. Hier creëer je een draagvlak door alle geledingen in de plant. Je werkt ook internationaal samen met andere Continuous Improvement Managers. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het toepassen van het programma en de technieken, maar je helpt vooral de organisatie en de medewerkers om hun vaardigheden te verbeteren en hun zelfredzaamheid op vlak van continuous improvement te verder op te bouwen.Jouw profiel:Je hebt bij voorkeur een Master in Engineering. Je hebt een ruime ervaring in het implementeren van continuous improvement processen. Ervaring in de industrie van consumer goods is een pluspunt. Je hebt ervaring in project management en programma implementatie. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht. Je bent ondernemend, innovatief en een echte teamspeler.
