Job Title : Manufacturing Support Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and flexible Manufacturing Support Engineer to join our international team. The successful candidate will extensively travel across Europe, providing essential support to our group of manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to various manufacturing sites across Europe, providing on-site technical support and problem-solving expertise.
  • Collaborate with local teams to implement process improvements, enhance efficiency, and reduce downtime.
  • Provide training to site personnel on equipment operations, maintenance protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and production issues, coordinating with local and central resources as necessary.
  • Assist in new equipment installation, calibration, and validation.
  • Prepare technical reports, summarizing findings, and recommendations after site visits.

Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship, degree, or diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Europe, sometimes on short notice.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing best practices and safety regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license.
