We are recruiting a Financial Controlling Manager to lead the financial controlling function within a well-established organization. This is a high-impact leadership position that blends team management, strategic finance, and operational excellence, with the opportunity to shape long-term financial direction.

  • Analyze cost-efficiency and performance against budget and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement mid- and long-term financial strategies.

Profiles - Controlling Manager

  • 7-8+ years of professional experience in finance or controlling
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and controlling
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
  • French or/and Dutch and English
