Coordinator Vlerick Reward Centre

Vlerick Business School is a triple-accredited, international business school at the heart of Europe – ranked number one in the Benelux for executive education and 19 in Europe. Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different products. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Coordinatorto join our Vlerick Reward Centre.

Within this centre, we service more than 75 companies by means of developing inspiring content, organising network activities, and connecting them in order to help them solve their challenges in the field of reward management.

The job

• Generate ideas (and bring these ideas to life!) for designing Vlerick Reward Centre’s workshops, webinars and other activities on reward themes.
• Identify relevant reward topics, business cases, and academic speakers.
• Strengthen the long-term relationship with Vlerick Reward Centre’s member companies by maintaining frequent contact.
• Act as a connector between and inspirator for the centre members and build connections with other stakeholders in reward management.
• Help develop content on reward management for our different communication channels (website, blog, social media, brochures, ads, etc.).
• Think about new approaches/formats to keep the Vlerick Reward Centre a leading example of the school’s triple L (live-learn-leap) approach in reward management.
• Use your enthusiasm to follow up on leads and attract new member-companies.

You

• Are passionate about reward management and very eager to stay on top of developments in the field.
• Like networking. You can connect with different stakeholders and are ready to be a credible advisor for (senior) executives.
• Are energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and have a growth mindset.
• Have organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Have a master’s degree.
• Are very fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
• Like working in team and are flexible to help team members wherever necessary.
• Will be based on our campus in Ghent, Brussels or Leuven in combination with your home office. Willingness to travel to Ghent on a regular basis is a must, just as flexibility to visit our members on their premises.
