Description de l’annonce

As operational copack planner you’re responsible for the operational activities needed to produce copacking products and you report to the copacking coordinator.


Internal copacking operational activities

  • Organize stock transfers of components and packaging to fulfil all copacking productions (internal and external) while working closely together with the supply planners.
  • Fill-in the specific file used to communicate with internal copacker about components placement in copack racks.
  • Create production PO’s.
  • Participation in the weekly consensus meeting with trade and business intelligence to exchange information concerning product availability and changes in forecast.
  • Ensure the back-up of the copacking assistant and of the copack coordinator when needed.


External copacking operational activities

  • Organize bi-weekly stock transfers of components and packaging to fulfil all external copacking productions
  • Create and validate production PO’s
  • Bi-weekly send production checklists to external copacking


Administrative tasks

  • Weekly stock reconciliation of all the copacking warehouses & stock “o”.


Location

In this role you are located in Ternat, where the internal copacking activities take place.

Votre profil

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC is a plus
  • You must be fluent in Dutch or in English
  • Stress resistance is important for this position
