This is a position with an 80% work schedule.

Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven CRM to promote and sell our DBA programme and to help guide our participants throughout their journey!
The job
- Be responsible for the salesof our DBA programme. Attract potential participants and guide them through their decision-making process up until their registration and enrollment in the programme.
- Organize information sessions and webinars to generate new leads and attend other Vlerick (sales) events.
- Take care of the administration and reporting.
- Check the eligibility of potential candidates in collaboration with the international office at different universities and follow-up on admission files.
- Coordinate during course weeks and other activities and follow-up on our DBA participants during their journey. Reach out regarding their assignments, electives etc.
- Build and facilitate the DBA community.
- Plan and implement marketing actions with the support of our marketing team.
- Help develop content for and maintain our different communication channels (website, blog, social media, brochures, adds, etc.).
- Take responsibility for specific communication actions highlighting Vlerick research activities internally and externally.
You
- Have obtained a master’s degree and have a minimum of ca. 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Have an affinity with and an authentic interest in the world of academics.
- Possess networking and sales skills. You can connect with different stakeholders and are ready to be a credible advisor for (potential) candidates.
- Have an excellent written & verbal knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Like connecting with different stakeholders and building bridges.
- Have an authentic commercial flair and are result-driven.
- Have a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude and are a star at communication.
- Will be located on our campus in Ghent or Brussels.
