    ¿ You’ve already got some valuable experience in Customer Service under your belt.
    ¿ You’re a whiz with Zendesk and are ready to hit the ground running.
    ¿ You’re familiar with project management tools like JIRA/Confluence and Kanban board, and you’re ready to use them to keep our team organized and efficient.
    ¿ You’re a master of prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. We need someone who can keep our team on track and moving forward.
    ¿ You’re a communication superstar with great interpersonal skills. You can handle any situation with ease and professionalism.
    ¿ You’re fluent in English, and any additional knowledge of French, Spanish, or Dutch is a major plus. We need someone who can help us connect with our global customers and partners.
