Role: Customer service representative with fluent French and Dutch

Salary: €47K p/a pro rata

Contract: 8 months

Work model: onsite

Work hrs: (Mon –Fri office hrs)

Location: Kontich, Antwerpen, Belgium

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and French.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues and provide clear solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with technical support and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
