Role: Customer service representative with fluent French and Dutch

Salary: €47K p/a pro rata

Contract: 8 months

Work model: onsite

Work hrs: (Mon –Fri office hrs)

Location: Kontich, Antwerpen, Belgium

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Dutch and French.
Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company.
Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues and provide clear solutions.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with technical support and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
