About the role

EasyOrder is about ‘customer obsession’, creating a seamless customer experience and being close to our dealers from the full onboarding to the moment where a problem arises and when we want to be close to solve it. Reinventing the way online orders are done in the food and beverage industry, we aim to create long-term partnerships with our customers that are built on trust and care.

The Customer Success Team is on a mission to help customers use our services and help them grow their own business through EasyOrder, delivering top-notch support and working out creative solutions to our customers’ problems, every single day. To achieve our ambitions we’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to make the difference between great and excellent.

Here you can find what your responsibilities include as a member of our Success team:

Growing a deep understanding of the EasyOrder product(s), both on hardware & software;
Guiding customers understand and use EasyOrder’s powerful features to the fullest;
Forwarding your customers’ voice in the business, directly impacting product development decisions within EasyOrder;
Helping optimise and develop processes to improve the customer journey;
Troubleshooting, looking for both effective and efficient solutions for problems;
In general, being the true guardian of customer’s success and happiness to the user.

Requirements

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who:

Is fluent in English & is a native-level speaker of Dutch and or French;
Has 0-3 years experience in a customer facing position;
Is able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
You are hands-on: We have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality;
Is comfortable speaking to a wide range of people covering a wide range of situations;
Is able to make a customer smile, even from behind a phone or computer;
Experience in the hospitality industry and/or start-up environment is a plus;
Combines strong empathy with a solution-minded, goal-oriented mindset and approach;
Is a true team player. Taking ownership and taking care of your peers.
