Customer Support Engineer / Customer Implementations

We have an exciting opportunity to work for an international and world leader in the payment industry working in their customer support team.

The support team is a customer facing environment leading processes and customer implementation projects, these projects are both technical and non-technical.

We are looking for candidates who have proven experience with managing and supporting customers, running customer projects and setting up customers on a platform.

You will need to have good communications skills and be IT literate.

Skills :

- Ability to coordinate with customers

- Experience with engaging with external customers

- Troubleshooting Issues

- API Knowledge
