Customer Support Specialist E-mobility

The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for ABB’s E-mobility customers and business partners of the Electrification business for E-mobility solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg. Reporting to the E-mobility Service Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the E-mobility sales and service team by reacting to customer inquiries.

Your responsibilities
  • Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
  • Monitoring the status of orders, both from customers and towards our ABB factories and partners
  • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
  • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
Your background
  • 3 years of experience in customer service, working as order handler with SAP in the industrial electro market
  • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
  • Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service and logistics & transport
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in written and oral languages: Dutch and French, basic knowledge of English required
