As a Data Analyst (independent/freelance) consultant, you will play a key role in a major SAP S/4HANA migration program for a manufacturing client. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleansing, transformation, and migration of production and quality-related data, aligning with MES/PLM requirements. You will work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure high data quality and compliance throughout the migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Migration & Cleansing: Execute data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and migration activities to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaboration: Work with business users to validate, improve, and align data with SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing processes
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all production and quality-related data meets MES/PLM requirements and industry standards
  • Documentation & Monitoring: Track data progress iteratively, ensuring proper documentation of data quality issues and resolutions
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of data-related activities
Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in data migration within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program
  • Expertise in data cleansing, transformation, and validation in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
  • Ability to manage and optimize production and quality-related data
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
  • Experience working in the manufacturing sector is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and IT teams

This is a role for an independent (freelance consultant). Initial contract is 6 months with extensions afterwards. Presence on clients site in Liege area will be required 3 days/week.
