Role: Data Governance Analyst

Location: Area of Leuven, Belgium

Start date: ASAP

Hours pw: 40

Contract duration: 6 months

An opportunity has arisen to join my client, a well-known international organization in Belgium, in the role of a Data Governance Analyst.

As a primary point of contact for Data Management within the team, you will facilitate workshops to define and align KPI and data attribute definitions. What’s more, you will gather data quality requirements, develop rules and implement monitoring. Lastly, you will be responsible for conducting profiling and analysis of data issues to help business SMEs as well as for identifying root causes of data issues and for the implementation of remediation processes.

In order to be successful in this position you will need:

  • Experience with Data Quality Tooling
  • Experience with Data Governance/ Catalogue tooling
  • Experience with Data modeling
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Data Architecture and BI landscapes
  • Basic Data Visualization skills
