For the QA team of the Distribution Center in Beerse, we are looking for a (Senior) QA Associate to join our team. As (Senior) DC QA Associate you will: Be actively present on the shop floor for quality issue investigations, connection with operations and stimulating the identification of the real root cause and corrective/preventive actions in order to avoid reoccurrence. Improve the processes by assisting/leading continuous improvements initiatives from quality perspective. Support a compliant introduction of new products that are being launched. Get inspired and activated by supporting/leading project team activities and guiding them towards compliant project execution (ex. system updates/introductions, modification of processes or equipment). Evaluate and ensure proper documentation of applicable quality records and approve accordingly. Expand your knowledge by supporting and/or executing internal and external audits & inspections. Join the GMP field by reviewing, analyzing and approving VAS activities (ex. change of leaflet, adding serialized data, COVID vaccine leaflet/label). Broaden your network by the involvement in vaccines, gen-therapy, clinical, commercial, narcotics, API,… products and develop a thorough understanding of the distribution processes. Strengthen the supply chain by assessing temperature excursions, managing product returns and assessing product impact of shop floor deviations, and strive for on time patient supply. Challenge the organization by leading reactive (ex. data analysis, quality improvement process) & proactive (ex. control rounds) monitoring. Qualifications Education and experience: Master degree in Science, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering 3-6 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry within Quality Assurance Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations Fluency in Dutch and English Systems: Trackwise, eLIMS, Microsoft Office, SAP, PQMS, TrueVault COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Problem solving skills Strong technical writing, verbal communication, social, and analytical skills Critical thinking Intellectual curiosity Sense of urgency Attention to detail Teamwork Ability to work well with multiple partners Primary Location Belgium-Antwerp-Beerse- Organization Janssen Pharmaceutica N.V.
