Desktop Support Technician

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others?

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide first-line IT support to our users. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, resolve problems efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Document and track incidents in a ticketing system

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Windows operating systems (7-10), Microsoft Office, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware, and antivirus solutions
  • Knowledge of mobile device management (iOS and Android), enterprise encryption, and Windows PC/laptop management
  • Helpdesk ticketing system experience
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Minimum of 18 months’ IT experience
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred
