Digital Strategy

Director Vaccine Business Intelligence will:
  • Develop product vision by partnering closely with functional leads and provide guidance and direction to JJSC Digital and JJT
  • Own and lead the vaccine digital portfolio to ensure coordination, collaboration, and alignment across all the solutions
  • To support the criticality of the Vaccine rollout; Reviews and updates to the executive team are essential, including providing overall summary on various plans vs. actuals on important metrics
  • Set expectations with business partners as well as drive prioritization of the work requested and provide the proper guidance to the execution team
  • Understand the data gaps due to external manufacturing sites and work with internal and external partners to develop the required solution(s) for accurate data integration
  • Drive the build of vaccine data digital ecosystem by confirming the metrics required by the business and their sources
  • Present and provide and the overall vaccine digital framework to other members of the organization to ensure their requirements can be met via centralized solution and avoid any stand-alone or siloed applications
  • Handle direct and indirect resources across the vaccine portfolio as well as recognize lack of resources and provide business case to fill the role(s)
  • Handle the costs of the vaccine portfolio against its budget by updating and reconciling the spend with finance partner


Change Management
  • Support the development of communications to increase organizational understanding and engagement of Janssen Genius, Janssen digital supply chain strategy and Vaccine Control Tower.
  • Coordinate the design, development, delivery and management of targeted communications.


Qualifications
  • A minimum of a BS or BA in business, statistics, mathematics, supply chain management or related field is required. MBA or MS is preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic insights, commercial, business analytics, forecasting, finance, data analytics, or related field is required
  • Working knowledge of supply chain management systems, tools and techniques
  • Ability to positively inspire and empower a team
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment where a high degree of collaboration is needed is strongly preferred
  • This position is can be located Europe or US locations and may require up to 20% domestic and international travel, as needed
