Ontex is listed on Euronext Brussels.Our people are our most valuable asset. To support and reinforce our Support team we are looking for a E-Commerce Content & Community Manager.
Main Responsibilities
The role of Content & Community Expert consist of, under the supervision of the Digital Manager Digital & Direct-to-consumer:
- Study of the healthcare & Retail businesses across different countries and the Digital Strategy house and then analyze which content type resonates the best across different cultures, target personas, etc.
- Work with an expert team to come up with different content themes that are in alignment with the keyword research, promotions and growth sprints
- Lead the content planning calendar for communication channels across all European countries content-wise
- Work on the creation of rich content of newsletters, blogs articles, Youtube videos, social media posts, display graphics, offline marketing support (e.g. vouchers, etc.)
- Moderate all user generated content (reviews, questions, complaints, etc.) on social media and act as a curator and community manager
- Take a full lead on email marketing campaigns (sendinblue) and use it effectively to gain email subscriber base and incorporate automated marketing campaigns
- Brief & create well researched articles with external agencies to ensure that our websites are ranked high on organic rankings (SEO)
- Manage the Influencer marketing collaborations and align with key influencers on dispersing the relevant content
- Set up clear KPI’s on Impressions, CTR, engagement ratio, conversion goals in alignment with the manager
- Monitor and improve SEO across the Healthcare online projects
- Work with wordpress to input new articles, add headline & meta description and input necessary internal & external links.
- Maintain a clear control on the allocated budget for the content generation
- Constantly look out for new and innovative communication channels
- Degree in Management or Digital marketing, or any other equivalent field
- Preferably 3 years of work experience in an international environment
- Strong understanding of brand house and adherence to the brand guidelines
- Fascinated by digital evolution and technology as well as social media
- Technical skills on setting up of organic content on Facebook, Instagram and other content distribution platforms
- Always eager to try new things and experiment with the sole objective of generating quality traffic to the platform
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a must. Experience with Photoshop, Indesign and Wordpress are a plus
- Creative & solution oriented mindset
- Strong decision making skills and able to work independently
- Analytical and data driven
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in an international team with diverse backgrounds
- Excellent knowledge of English, other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel
