Job Description

This is the opportunity to join Carmeuse for an exciting internship. During 3 to 4 months, within the Tech Partner department, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for new projects in electricity and machine maintenance.

A potential opportunity to prepare ,start or follow a trial at a customer’s plant (Belgian or foreign).”

You will be in charge of the installation of two new ’semi-mobile’ equipment

• 1st equipment - Storage silo 36m³ - The silo can be equipped with a transfer screw or an extraction system with pneumatic transport.
• 2nd equipment - Big-bag unloader with transfer screw.
  
  

Your main tasks

• Perform mechanical assembly, electrical installation, no-load and load testing of the equipment.
• Follow and coordinate the different internal and external contributors (mechanics, fitters, electricians...).
• Adapt the equipment with all the accessories and check the electrical conformity of the equipment.
• Create a file including the safety aspects related to the use of the equipment, the technical documentation and the user manual.

• You are studying electromechanics
• You have a first experience in electromechanics
• You are a dynamic and open-minded person
• You like to work in a team
• You are curious and autonomous
• You are flexible and able to work with deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in French and English
