EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· Expertise in implementation and maintenance activities of Active Directory and Federation Services in large enterprise environments consisting of multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory Domains and Forests
· Practical experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting deficiencies in networks and associated equipment
· Experience in:
ü Operating systems such as Windows 2012/2016/2019/Win7/Win10
ü Supporting and advising SMEs (Subject matter experts) and Project Managers during all stages of project life cycle on topics related to Directory and Federation Services
ü Creating and implementing gMSA accounts and troubleshooting related incidents
ü Automation via PowerShell
· Experience with software life-cycle activities
· Experience with deployment of PKI digital certificates to various CIS systems
· Experience of implementing configuration and security settings through AD Group policies and troubleshooting related incidents
· Experience of Implementing DNS configuration and troubleshooting
· Knowledge of Virtualization and Platform services


DUTIES/ROLE

  • Provide technical expertise to enable the correct execution of operational procedures
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of maintenance, configuration and installation tasks for the operational Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services environments
  • Identify operational problems and contribute to their resolution
  • Provide appropriate information to specialists, users, and managers
  • Liaise with the customer to identify required changes to the business functions, and perform analysis and implementation of user requirements
  • Implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity for all managed Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services environments
  • Develop & maintain Standard Operating Procedures for routine system administration tasks
  • Resolve reported incidents, trouble tickets and implement change proposals
  • Responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and central administration of Active Directory Federation Services and Directory Services
  • Maintain Active Directory and Federation Services support processes and check that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures
  • Use management software and tools for technical fault correction, configuration change implementation, collect performance statistics, and create reports
