JOB DESCRIPTION

INTRASOFT International,a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking a professional to cover the following opening:

You will...

• Be responsible for the management of participants, their transport and accommodation,
• production of communication material,
• organisation of interpretation and translation services, secretarial and hosting services,
• management of venues, management of all aspects related to the assembly and dismantling of stands,
• coordination of graphic design and production of all the visuals related to the event,
• promotion and follow-up of the event

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have...

• At least five years of experience in the management of all aspects related to the organisation of events
• Creating and managing our events calendar.
• Degree in hospitality, public relations, or marketing.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Project management experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Native-level or equivalent English knowledge (at least C2 according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages).
