Job Description

The Executive Recruiting Sourcer - Europe will develop and implement strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools for Catalent’s businesses within Europe (Italy, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany)

The purpose of the role is to partner with the Executive Recruiting team by providing qualified candidates for key leadership positions at the Director, Senior Director, General Manager, Vice President and C-level in Europe within the agreed timelines and proactively building a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.

The Role
  • Creating and implementing effective research strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates on each requisition.
  • Identifying all candidates suitable for the requisitions through networking, utilizing online databases, social media, contact lists, internal Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday), and employee referrals.
  • Using all possible means to engage those candidates quickly and ensuring up to date CV’s are received from potential candidates.
  • Conducting effective screening and ensuring key information is collected in the first conversation.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed candidate records on Workday.
  • Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels.
The Candidate
  • 3+ years’ experience in an executive search (corporate in-house or agency) is required.
  • Ability to be located in one of the following countries is required: Italy, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies for beyond traditional recruitment strategies.
  • Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology recruiting experience is required. CDMO / CMO experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to partner and source for multiple executive searches at a time across different countries and functions is required. Project experience is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of managing an Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred. Work Day HRIS/ATS experience is a plus.
  • Results orientated, attention to detail and accuracy with ability to follow process and deliver on time is required.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required with additional language capability a strong plus.
