Project/Department Description and Responsibilities:
In order to increase the vaccination degree in the Brussels region, many decentralized activities are being deployed by the client. The number of vaccination points in the region (antennas, pharmacists, doctor cabinets, schools, enterprises,…) will be increasing tremendously. The client is therefor in need of a Financial Admin Support to the finance manager to keep track from an admin and financial point of view to all the local initiatives that are taking place. The person ensures that all initiatives are completely followed-up. Keeps track of budget & actuals for all the small initiatives from a contractual, finance and admin point of view and reports to the finance manager.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on approach with drafting and review of documents, contracts, etc,…
  • Follow-up of documents, administration in terms of budget & compliance
  • Keeping up to date the budget and expenses for every initiative and as a whole
  • Support of the finance project manager
Secondary Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Administration.

Requirements

Technical profile requirements:
o +5y experience as an accountant or financial clerk

o Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel (a must!)

o Very good administrative skills: drafting and following up on small agreements

o Very good analytical skills: advanced excel skills, building up and maintaining budgets and actuals

o Good communication skills

o Project management experience is an advantage

o Very good change & stress management skills

o Legal background is an advantage

Methodology/Certification requirements

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent through experience.

Languages:
  • Perfectly bi-lingual (FR+NL) is a must
  • Very good knowledge of ENG
