About the role

The Finance department is located at the Adecco Group Belgium headquarters in Groot-Bijgaarden. The Finance & Reporting Controller is part of the back office team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Ensuring timely and correct internal reporting to our offices and headquarters in Switzerland.
  • Processing and control of the margins of the various companies.
  • Analysis of operating costs and margins in preparation for monthly management reporting.
  • Close cooperation with other back office services in order to translate data into reporting
  • Follow up of changes in social legislation, subsidies and legal insurance that influence the operating result
- Keeping reporting systems (Excel - Datawarehouse) up to date and optimised
  • Ad hoc reporting

About you

You have a Master or Bachelor in economic or finance
You work in an accurate and structured way and can translate figures and analyses to your target group in a clear way
You are flexible and can deal with monthly deadlines
You have excellent Excel skills and an interest in IT applications
You can speak Dutch, English and French
