About the Role

SWIFT has embarked on a new strategy, which aims to make cross-border payments instant and frictionless, account-to-account. Over the next two years and beyond, we are set to deliver on an exciting strategic roadmap that will expand SWIFT capabilities beyond financial messaging to provide a platform for transaction management services. We are aiming for a broad adoption and usage of our products by our community, thus mutualising non-competitive technology and operations as far as possible, to drive economies of scale. This is an opportunity to play a leading role in monitoring the evolution of our business, building clear adoption and revenue forecasts and budgets and supporting business decisions through facts.

We are looking for an ambitious, talented, dynamic and self-driven Financial Planning & Analysis Managerbased in Belgium. Key Responsibilities

• Understand how the product and/or product portfolio roadmap fits in the overall company strategy, get an in-depth understanding of the key revenue drivers
• Project revenue streams for the year and set budgets for the following year
• Understand adoption and usage dynamics across the portfolio
• Define targets for the business development teams and monitor achievements
• Report on and analyse key revenue drivers and trends
• Contribute to the overall SWIFT long term financial projections
• Leverage internal data to help answer inquiries and provide insightful analysis on SWIFT business evolution
• Use “fact based” analysis to get feedback from internal stakeholders and support decision making and priority processes
• Ensure proactive business partnering with business development teams and other stakeholders in the company
• Prepare crisp presentations to report key points for discussion / decision to senior management including CFO, Executive Committee and Board
• Act as a team leader that sets direction for the team, grows individuals, and adequately engages with stakeholders across the organization
