FP&A Reporting & Systems Manager

Our people are our most valuable asset. To support and reinforce our Finance team we are looking for a FP&A Reporting & Systems Manager.

Job Purpose

The FP&A Reporting Manager contributes to the overall success of the organization by supporting all reporting & planning matters for the Division. He/she supports the FP&A Director and Commercial Controllers of the Division by delivering excellent management reports, coordinating and continuously improving related processes and enhancing BI/planning systems. He/she plays a key enabler role to the Commercial Controlling organization by streamlining reporting, forecasting, processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Masters degree in finance or CIMA degree

  • 5+ years work experience preferably in financial planning & analysis

  • Strong experience with SAP and BI systems and MS office skills (XLS and PPT)

  • Strong affinity with report automation & optimization processes and technology

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong communication skills

  • Business orientation

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Business orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Hand-on attitude and strong Change management skills

Main responsibilities and key tasks

  • Monthly actuals P&L and A/R (Divisional reporting on Sharepoint, Reporting to Group and DBM presentation)
  • Monthly forecast P&L and A/R (Sales Outlook on Sharepoint & Lead Team Call, Reporting to Group and DBM presentation)
  • Yearly Plan P&L & A/R (next year’s plan)
  • Yearly Strategic Plan P&L (next 3 years midterm planning)
  • (Customer) master data maintenance
  • Reporting system related project management & training activities
  • Prepare management communication (DBM presentations, ad-hoc project presentations, etc.)
  • In close collaboration with the Group Functions, actively initiate, support and add value in continuous improvement of the Ontex Group and the Europe division data, processes and system
